If they continued on with something refreshing and lively there wouldn't be any problem now. Its hard for the public to accept something entirely new after they got used to the previous concept. What should have been done was keep using the same popular concept and gradually change it over time so that the public can maintain interest. Their agency must have thought that giving them a new appearence with Be Natural would have gained them a lot of popularity eventually, but that wasn't the case. At least they gave it a try.
