13. Girl group APink appeared on the SBS PowerFM "2AM Cult Show" broadcast yesterday, and it was revealed they have all signed their contracts again. APink made a come back with their 6th mini album "Pink Up". They debuted on April 19, 2011 and entered into their 7th year of activity, but without the jinx of the "7 years curse". Hayoung informed that they extended their contracts a little while ago. In regards to what is their secret of staying together as a group Eunji said, "When someone is being quiet, we often ask them what is going on", as if pointing to Chorong.
Bomi said, "We received a lot of support from Chorong during the re-signing process. We had a lot of discussions about it". Chorong would say to her group, "Everyone have faith and let us sign the contracts again". This was all it took for them to agree with the contract.
To this Chorong replied, "Since it's their life, they have the right to decide on what they want, but I also said they should think about the team first." Bomi confessed that these words influenced her decision to sign the contract. When the MC asked, "What about the money offered in the contract?" Eunji joked, "It did not make a difference. There was no real controversy in regards to the Japanese members, the Taiwanese member, plastic surgery or nasty comments about their looks. I believe the group after them is Black Pink. They will end up with remarks on the members needing plastic surgery, the drug scandal within their company, digital manipulation used to inflate MV views, and due to all of this the right-wingers will have a field day bashing them.
