Among the rookie girl groups that made their debut within a year ago or less, I've chosen the members that are the best when it comes to being visual, fan attractor, and fan keeper. I paid close attention to these rising groups. Fan keepers are those members that cause fans to stay permanent. (by my criteria)
They are listed in order of their debut.
1) Red Velvet: Being in an agency like SM already scores them big points. Should I even mention Booya~ They did very well right after Ice Cream Cake came out. It had a very fresh melody which made it satisfying. Maybe I can even call them freshness rookies? Compared to the other rookie groups, their average age is higher because of Irene. The skill of their vocal line, Wendy and Seulgi, is good and their visuals are nice overall. If their next song is even a bit more popular they are likely to succeed!!!!!!!!!!!!

She has a resemblance to Lee Hwajae's wife, Moon Jungwon. She has an elegant beauty, and among other graceful female idols she has the ability to get people's attention. In fact it was easy to pick her because she's so pretty; most people on Pann overwhelmingly choose Irene as the visual of Red Velvet! Even yesterday I saw her as Music Bank MC and she looked specially pretty.
* Fan attractor: Joy
She was already a hot topic during her debut because of her similarity to Kim Yoojung. Moreover, when Joy smiles she has the most charming eyes on stage. Actually, a lot of people become fans because of Joy! Today I saw her on Music Core and her jet black hair made her even cuter.
My first impression of Seulgi was me asking, who is this beautiful girl? Last time when I saw her at the World Vision concert I couldn't believe how pretty she was. I think it is her eyes that are the best. In all, she is quickly becoming one of the most attractive idols out there. I'm paying close attention to Seulgi and expecting her to gain recognition. Seulgi for the win!
2) Lovelyz: Being Infinite's sister group on Pann led to them being cursed at often. At first I had no idea why they were getting a lot of hate..........Candy Jelly Love, Hi~, Joyland are good song. I also liked Goodnight Like Yesterday. These girls should continue with their sentimental style and I like how cute they are. (Ryu Sujeong is specially cute). They have a feel that is similar to APink, which is pure and innocent. I want them to continue being like that on stage. Ever since watching them on Yaman TV and Weekly Idol.......... I can't get enough of them. They are lower than Red Velvet in the music charts but they have members that are as pretty as Irene. (Genuine beauties) Mijoo is not the only pretty one, they all have different charms!
Lee Mijoo has an erratic charm. She is so pretty. I saw her past photos.....I heard that she has a likeness to Ku Hyesun.... she has a certain standard beauty which is more noticeable than simple, down-to-earth beauty. As a matter of fact, when I got a better look at her on Naver Cast's Lovelyz Diary I determined that her actual demeanor is different compared to the "beagle" personality people say she has. I'm attracted to how pleasant and bright she is.
Her face gets so round when she smiles. What's more, she's among the best in her agency at gaining attention. She received good responses before. She may seem plain but is actually cute looking, and her eyes best stood out the most to me. (Of course, my personal opinion) She does not have an explosive singing voice but she has a pleasant tone. Currently, she appears to be among the most popular in her group. In any case her cuteness suits her age. She said certain things on the radio that brought her controversy but she continues to remain cute.
Choosing this member was a little difficult. I thought of Yein because she's so attractive, but even before her I considered Yoo Jiae because she is popular for having a resemblance to Moomin...but then I saw Weekly Idol. On it Jung Hyungdon and Defconn described her as perfectly beautiful! Men really like her style, so I chose her. When I saw her I was surprised that she had a similarity to Sunye. Her eye smile is so sweet and tender that it makes her very popular among men. Her eyes are her special charm point. Along with Ryu Sujeong, she is the most popular member of the group.
3) Oh My Girl: They are known as the sister group to B1A4. I also saw many insults hurled at them. When the first pictures of them were released during their debut many bad thing were said...it would make you think were very ugly.. in particular Seunghee. But I was surprised when I saw their pictures for myself. When I saw them on Music Core last week it was like a burst of freshness. From the groups I chose, their age average makes them the youngest. They have natural cuteness and good songs..... And even now they have their own individual colors! Even if there are some members that still seem unattractive they all have their own unique charms. The members have very subtle visuals. Besides Jiho, I think JinE and YooA are undoubtedly pretty. I am also very impressed by the younger ones.

She surprised me a lot when I saw her recently. Umm~~~~~~~ such alluring beauty. Instead of an idol, she seems like an actress. (In my opinion of course). She has fair skin like glittering snow, which makes her look pretty and pure. When I first saw her with Oh My Girl I wasn't so impressed........... but now I'm fascinated by her looks. She's was born on '97 but seems a bit mature for her age. I think this is one of her strong points. She has a resemblance to actress Kwak Jimin. I also think she looks like Baek Yerin but I find her a lot prettier..... When Oh My Girl is on stage it is easy to spot her so I believe her agency is promoting her the most.
It is interest that although she doesn't have many parts on stage she ended up having an article reporting on her candid reaction to EXID winning first place. It is this which made me pay more attention to her on stage. She is the only one in the group with nice bobbed hair, and this seems to be something that is popular with men. There's something else that is crazy; have you seen the interview with their PD? In the video you see her looking younger with an unkempt but fresh appearance, which gave me the impression that she has a little Shin Minah mix in her. It's not just that she's pretty but she has this cute quality that ought to make a lot of people fans?!
Doesn't she have a similar feel to Seo Hyunjin from Let's Eat? At first I was going to choose the vocal member that resembles Joy or someone with unique beauty like YooA. The members as a whole look pretty, so I began to consider their age as a factor. She stood out and I began to recognize her delicate and cute looks. Now I'm sure of my choice. She is just lovely~ Her soft pretty features really suits her age.
These make up the 3 girl groups who I think will rule in the future!! In addition to them, there are other groups who I can include for now, such as CLC, Sonamoo, and GFRIEND. One thing to keep in mind is that CLC is from Cube, a large agency. Yet I don't understand why they are not being promoted more and in better ways. (They are all pretty)
I've heard that Sonamoo has a very pretty member called Nahyun. Apart from knowing their songs, I can't really recognize the faces of GFRIEND members.......Glass Bead is a good song but as to the members............... none of them stood out as particularly pretty to me.<- This might seem like a diss, but it's not a diss even if it sounds like one.
Of course there's Sixteen from JYP but they have not debuted yet. While YG has Kim Jisoo who will be included as a member in their group. Even SM is preparing another group called White Fox but this is not confirmed yet.. I have gone over the girl groups that debuted a year ago or less. But keep in mind! These are all my personal opinions~ These girl groups may not be your favorites but don't curse at them...This article is currently a hot topic, but I didn't think it would be one.

3. These three groups will all have similar success! All the Lovelyz members are very good and their songs in particular are my favorite to sing on karaoke! The more I interact with Lovelyz and Oh My Girl fans the more I like them.. they should all do great!
